📦 Delivery Policy
We try our best to deliver your products as soon as possible.
Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 24–48 hours (Charge: 70 BDT).
Sub-Area: Delivery within 24-48 hours (Charge: 90 BDT).
Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3–5 business days via standard courier (Charge: 130 BDT).
📋 General Rules (Checking & Unboxing)
Delivery Check: Please inspect the product in front of the delivery agent.
Unboxing Video: An unedited unboxing video is mandatory. Complaints regarding damage, leaks, or wrong products will not be accepted without a valid unedited video.
🔁 Exchange Policy
Defective Product: If you receive a wrong or broken bottle, notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will bear the exchange charge.
Mind Change: If you received the correct product but want to exchange it (e.g., fragrance preference), the product must be 100% unused and intact (sealed). A new delivery charge and a 50 BDT packaging charge will apply.
💳 Return & Refund Policy
Instant Return: If you do not like the product upon checking it in front of the delivery agent, you can return it instantly by paying only the delivery charge.
Return After Receiving (Mind Change): If you want to return an intact product later, the refund will be processed after deducting the courier charge and a 50 BDT packaging/service fee.
Ineligibility: Perfumes that have been sprayed, used, or have damaged original boxes are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refund Time: Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

আমরা যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আপনার পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়ার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি।
ঢাকা সিটি: ২৪-৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি (চার্জ: ৭০/-)।
সাব-এরিয়া: ২৪-৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি (চার্জ: ৯০/-)।
ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে: ৩-৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি (চার্জ: ১৩০/-)।
📋 সাধারণ নিয়ম (চেক করা ও আনবক্সিং)
ডেলিভারি চেক: পণ্য রিসিভ করার সময় ডেলিভারি এজেন্টের সামনে চেক করে নিন।
আনবক্সিং ভিডিও: পার্সেল খোলার সময় একটি নিরবচ্ছিন্ন (Unedited) ভিডিও করা বাধ্যতামূলক। ড্যামেজ, লিক বা ভুল পণ্যের অভিযোগ ভিডিও ছাড়া গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
🔁 এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি (Exchange Policy)
ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য: ভুল পণ্য বা ভাঙা বোতল পেয়ে থাকলে হাতে পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানান। এক্ষেত্রে এক্সচেঞ্জ চার্জ আমরা বহন করব।
পছন্দ পরিবর্তন (Mind Change): ইনভয়েস অনুযায়ী সঠিক পণ্য পেয়েও যদি ঘ্রাণ পছন্দ না হওয়া বা অন্য কারণে পরিবর্তন করতে চান, তবে পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত ও ইনট্যাক্ট (সিলসহ) থাকতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে নতুন করে ডেলিভারি চার্জ এবং প্যাকেজিং বাবদ ৫০ টাকা প্রযোজ্য হবে।
💳 রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি (Return & Refund)
ইনস্ট্যান্ট রিটার্ন: ডেলিভারি এজেন্ট থাকা অবস্থায় পণ্য দেখে পছন্দ না হলে শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিয়ে তাৎক্ষণিক রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন।
রিসিভ করার পর রিটার্ন: পণ্য রিসিভ করার পর ফেরত দিতে চাইলে (মাইন্ড চেঞ্জ) কুরিয়ার চার্জ এবং প্যাকেজিং ও সার্ভিস বাবদ ৫০ টাকা কর্তন করে বাকি টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে।
অযোগ্যতা: পারফিউমটি ব্যবহার করলে, স্প্রে করলে বা অরিজিনাল বক্স ড্যামেজ করলে তা আর ফেরত বা পরিবর্তনযোগ্য হবে না।
রিফান্ড সময়: রিটার্ন করা পণ্য আমাদের ওয়্যারহাউজে পৌঁছানোর পর চেক করে ১-৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড করা হবে।
